नोटबंदी का एलान होते ही लोगों ने 500-1000 के पुराने नोट खपाने के लिए कई तरीके अपनाए। कई कंपनियों ने स्टॉफ और मजदूरों को हायर कर बैंक-पोस्ट ऑफिस की लाइन में लगाया तो कुछ लग्जरी ब्रांड्स के शोरूम रातभर खुले रहे। दावा है कि उसी रात दिल्ली में महज तीन घंटे के अंदर 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा की मंहगी घड़ियां बिकीं। अघोषित कमाई से दोगुना रेट में सोना और बड़े ब्रांड्स के महंगे सामान खरीदे गए। ऐसे हुई काली कमाई खपाने की कोशिशें...

1.कंपनियों ने मजदूरों को लाइन में लगाया

- मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स की मानें तो कई फैक्ट्री मालिक और कारोबारियों ने अपने स्टॉफ को नोट बदलवाने के लिए बैंकों-पोस्ट ऑफिस की लाइन में लगा दिया। यही नहीं कइयों ने तो इसके लिए मजदूरों को हायर भी किया।

- बता दें कि सरकार की ओर से नोट बदलवाने की तारीख 30 दिसंबर तय की गई है। एक आदमी के लिए पहले यह लिमिट 4000 हजार थी, लेकिन बाद में सरकार ने कहा कि काली कमाई रखने वाले गरीबों को पैसे देकर बैंकों की लाइन में लगा रहे हैं तो इसकी लिमिट घटाकर 2000 कर दी गई।
- नोट बदलवाने में गड़बड़ी और जनधन खातों के दुरुपयोग की खबर आई तो सरकार ने इसके लिए बैंक आने वालों की अंगुली पर स्याही लगाने का ऑर्डर दिया था, हालांकि कुछ राज्यों में उपचुनाव को देखते हुए इसे वापस ले लिया गया।

2. दिल्ली में बिकीं 1 करोड़ की महंगी घड़ियां

- एक अंग्रेजी अखबार के मुताबिक, 8 नवंबर को 500-1000 के पुराने नोट बंद करने के एलान के बाद लोगों ने मंहगे ब्रांड्स की खूब खरीदारी की। इसके लिए रोलेक्स और डियोर जैसे कई लग्जरी रिटेल स्टोर्स की तरफ से अपने क्लाइंट्स को मेल भेजे गए थे। जिनमें कहा गया था कि स्टोर आज आधी रात तक खुले रहेंगे।
- अखबार ने यह भी दावा किया है कि नोटबंदी के एलान के बाद दिल्ली में इन ब्रांड्स के स्टोर पूरी रात खुले रहे। महज तीन घंटे से कम वक्त में ही 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा की खरीदारी हुई।

3. 52 हजार प्रति तोला तक बिका सोना

- मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, नोटबंदी के एलान के बाद पुराने नोट खपाने के लिए लोगों ने दोगुना रेट (52 हजार प्रति तोला) पर सोना और ज्वेलरी खरीदी। जिन ज्वेलर्स ने उस दिन दुकाने बंद कर दी थीं, उन्होंने फिर से दुकानें खोलीं। रातभर सोने की खरीदी चलती रही। दिल्ली-मुंबई समेत कई शहरों में ज्वेलरी शोरूम के बाहर लोग बैग में कैश लेकर खड़े थे।

4. बैंक खातों को किराए पर लिया गया
- सरकार ने कहा है कि कुछ लोग अघोषित कमाई को जनधन योजना के तहत खुले बैंक खातों में जमा करा रहे हैं। एक रिपोर्ट की मानें तो नोटबंदी के अगले ही दिन कई गरीब, मजदूर और किसानों के जनधन खातों में अचानक हजारों रुपए जाम कराए गए। टैक्स नहीं देने वाले लोगों ने ऐसे खातों को किराए पर लिया और खाताधारकों को इसके बदले रुपए देने का वायदा भी किया है।

5. ट्रेन टिकट बुकिंग के जरिए गड़बड़ी

- 9 नवंबर को महाराष्ट्र समेत देश के कई रेलवे जोन में विंडो से रिजर्वेशन बुकिंग 25-30 फीसदी तक बढ़ने की बात सामने आई थी। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि सरकार ने पहले 11 तारीख की रात तक पुराने नोट से बुकिंग कराए जाने की बात कही थी। बुकिंग के बाद इन टिकटों को कैंसल भी कराया गया, ताकि रिफंड के तौर पर कुछ फीस काटकर बदले में दूसरे नए नोट मिल जाएं
