It was established under “the Companies Act 1956” as a joint venture of many government bodies on 25th April 2008. On Dec 20th, the RS-CIT Examination took place on state level. This time paper was way hard and students have been chanting that 90% questions were out of the books they were given to prepare thorugh. Candidates should check official VMOU website www.vmou.ac.in for any updates on this certification test as it’s Vardhman Mahaveer Open University who organizes the test. RKCL just provides the certification and holds the training period. RS-CIT is an Computer & Information Technology (IT) literacy course which was started by RKCL, a public owned company in the year 2009.
